These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, classes, and website offered by Ukudemy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered ukulele school operating in India.

By accessing or using our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility
 

To register or use any of Ukudemy’s services, you must be:
 

• At least 18 years old, or

• Have parental/guardian consent if under 18
   

We reserve the right to deny or suspend access to any user for misconduct or violation of these terms.

2. Services Offered
 

Ukudemy provides:
 

• Online and offline ukulele classes

• Learning resources and assignments

• Workshop sessions, events, and assessments

• Optional merchandise, tools, or subscriptions
   

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
 

3. Registration and Account
 

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Ukudemy will not be liable for any misuse of your account due to unauthorized access.
   

4. Fee Structure & Payments
 

• Fees for classes and services will be displayed at the time of enrollment.

• All payments must be made in INR through approved methods (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.).

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise for specific cases (see Section 5).
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds
 

Refunds or rescheduling may be provided at our discretion:
 

• Class missed due to faculty unavailability: eligible for rescheduling.

• Class missed by student: no refund unless advance notice given as per policy.

• Workshops or packages: non-refundable once confirmed.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities
 

You agree to:
 

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and respectfully.

• Not engage in disruptive behavior during class or on online platforms.

• Not record, reproduce, or share our content without permission.
   

Ukudemy reserves the right to terminate services if these conditions are violated.
 

7. Intellectual Property
 

All course materials, videos, notes, content, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Ukudemy. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

Ukudemy will not be liable for:
 

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

• Technical issues, outages, or delays due to third-party platforms or internet connectivity.
   

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last three months.
 

9. Third-Party Services
 

We may use third-party tools or platforms (Zoom, payment gateways, etc.). You agree to their terms as applicable. Ukudemy is not responsible for their performance, privacy, or terms.
 

10. Termination
 

Ukudemy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services:
 

• For violation of terms

• For misuse or inappropriate behavior

• For technical or operational reasons, with or without notice
   

11. Amendments
 

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
 

12. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
